Fellow’s that are Grant Recipients will receive confirmation
via email starting February 1, 2010.

All oncology fellow travel grant recipients will receive the following expenses reimbursed:
1. Air travel (maximum $500.00)
2. Hotel accommodations (2 nights, Friday, March 26 and Saturday, March 27, 2010)
3. Stipend provided for taxi (To & From hotel) and meals
4. Airport Parking (if using personal vehicle)
5. Registration Fee waived

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend and and the travel arrangements have been made, you will be billed $150.00 cancellation fee. You will need to provide a personal credit card number at the time of registration. Your card will only be billed, if you cancel.
